Meaningful Education for all Children

This is our son’s first year in preschool with Mikaela at Project Based Primary School. WOW! We were so incredibly blessed to have found her! As first time parents of a preschooler, you hope and pray to find someone who will not only educate but encourage, and support your child. We found that in Mikaela AND more! She loves her students and truly cares about them. She celebrates their successes and motivates them to be their best selves. When she asked us about continuing next year for Pre-K, we couldn’t say yes quick enough! Our son has thrived in the small class size, made many new friends, and thoroughly enjoyed the various hands-on projects and practical learning lessons. PBPS is magical and everything we ever could have hoped and prayed for.

This is my first year teaching and I was assigned a preschool 3s class. I have never worked in that age group before and had no clue where to start. I joined Project based Preschool and never looked back. I download the scope and sequence each month, check out the recommended books from our library, buy a few things from the resource list, prep the included printables and my entire month is ready to go. My students are also flourishing using this program. The other teachers I work with are blown away by how far along our youngest class already is in comparison to groups they’ve had in the past. I will definitely be using this every year! Our kindergarten teacher is excited for the new kindergarten membership to drop so she can join too!

I always wanted to homeschool my twins but I found myself lost in the rabbit hole of Pinterest and homeschool blogs with no direction or idea what I was doing. Mikaela’s Project Based Preschool and Kick Start memberships, as well as her printables, have been a lifeline for my family and our bilingualism journey. Mikaela’s printables are the BEST! I have purchased from different creators, but my child always comes back to Mikaela’s materials. They all have a hands-on element, they all come with lesson plans, and I like that they target a variety of skills.
